Coming soon to Toronto is a new luxurious multi-tower project developed by Wittington Properties and Capital Developments. The St. Clair Place will consist of three high-rise residential buildings: 34, 39, and 59-storeys tall. All three towers will offer a total of 1,375 units from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom units. These units will range in size from 667 sq. ft. to 1,722 sq. ft. Spanning over 1.37 acres, which will occupy three-fifths of the northeast corner of Yonge and St. Clair. St. Clair Place will also feature an environment-friendly green roof that will span 3,278 sq. ft.
St. Clair Place is a new condominium complex in Toronto which is only a few steps to St. Clair Station and just outside the complex are tram stops.
