The Borough is a new condominium and townhome development project by G Group Development. The Borough will be divided into 2 phases, Phase 1 will consist of two towers that will range heights of 21-storeys ( Tower A ) and 7-storeys ( Tower B ).

The average price per square foot in any condo of Scarborough is $750psf, while the Borough comes in at $700 per square foot. Now, the townhomes will feature a mixture of 16 one-bedroom units, 34 two-bedroom units, and 14 three-bedroom units. Each townhome will either have a walkout patio or a rooftop terrace.
The Borough will feature amenities such as a 24-hour concierge, kids indoor playroom, a study hall, movie theatre room, a fully-equipped fitness centre, and more. Also, located on the 8th floor will be a private rooftop terrace with a barbeque and dining area. The Borough will also have a new public park that will border the south edge of the site.
The Borough is a 10-minute walk to Lawrence East Station and many of the amenities are walkable from the site. 8 minutes away is Scarborough Town Centre, where residents can shop, dine, and run errands.
