Dys Architects developed The Conservatory, a contemporary concrete tower, and a family city residences adjacent to Pacific Spirit Regional Park and next to Wesbrook Village’s shopping area.

The Conservatory was inspired by the confluence of vistas from Pacific Spirit Regional Park and the Salish Sea. Restaurants and cafés may be found only a few blocks along Berton Avenue. A wide variety of restaurants, including Neptune Chinese and Virtuous Pie. Starbucks and Blenz Coffee are both within walking distance. Save-On-Foods and the UBC Farm Farmer’s Market are two more options for locals to get their food.
