Polygon Homes has built a 20-storey residential tower called The Conservatory near UBC on Vancouver’s West Side. At the Conservatory, 207 condominium apartments and four townhouses are available.

Dys Architects developed The Conservatory, a contemporary concrete tower, and a family city residences adjacent to Pacific Spirit Regional Park and next to Wesbrook Village’s shopping area.

The Conservatory was inspired by the confluence of vistas from Pacific Spirit Regional Park and the Salish Sea. Throughout the neighborhood, the façade of the buildings change in color, texture, and pattern according to the natural influences of the surrounding area.
The wood veneer doors of the tower’s suites include polished chrome hardware and a personalized entrance plaque. Depending on the design, open shelves and waterfall-edged engineered stone counters are accented by a stunning full-height marble-tile backsplash in certain houses. Windows with large expanses of low-E glazed glass allow natural light to enter the room while reducing energy use.
European-style shower systems include a ceiling-mounted rain shower head, an integrated bench in the bathroom, and frameless shower doors. Multiple pre-wired cables and ADSL cable television outlets are preinstalled in each bedroom, along with two USB outlets in the kitchen for your digital needs.
Restaurants and cafés may be found only a few blocks along Berton Avenue. A wide variety of restaurants, including Neptune Chinese and Virtuous Pie. Starbucks and Blenz Coffee are both within walking distance. Save-On-Foods and the UBC Farm Farmer’s Market are two more options for locals to get their food.
