Plans for the project will include the preservation of a century-old on-site grain elevator and flour mill, as well as the southern end of the land, as a history and cultural preservation site that will serve as a heritage park inside this condo community.

Alongside this, the project will allocate over 27,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Residents will have access to a grand lobby, parcel rooms, a two-story fitness studio with weights, machines, spin, yoga, and boxing, an indoor and outdoor kids’ area, indoor dining, screening room, social lounge, co-working space, games room, craft studio, meeting room, library lounge, pet wash, outdoor dining, outdoor BBQ, and outdoor lounge.

Additionally, the project aims to provide 17,000 square feet of retail and commercial space as well as 11,000 square feet of daycare that features a large outdoor play area. This is a part of the developer’s plans to gentrify this underused dead-end street.

The whole condo project in Toronto will be serviced by an underground parking lot that can house up to 215 vehicles and 540 bicycle parking spaces.
