Tridel is presently pre-constructing 840 Dupont Street, Toronto, ON, M6G 1Z8, a new condo complex called The Dupont Condos.
Two mixed-use mid-rise buildings of 9 and 11 stories, with a total of 304 residential units, are part of this condo project’s vast community. Until an exact date is announced, it’s impossible to say when latest condo development in Yorkville will be ready for use.
For Dupont’s exteriors and interiors, Turner Fleischer Architects and Terraplane Landscape Architects collaborate. Therefore, a sophisticated and cutting-edge design aesthetic is guaranteed for purchasers in this venture.
The Davenport District of Toronto’s Dupont St. and Ossington Ave., the corner, is the site of this building. A wide variety of establishments, including shops, restaurants, cafés, and places of learning, are all within easy walking distance of this site. Many public transportation choices mean that even travelling from this location is fast and straightforward.
The Dupont Condominiums are located on a 2.8-acre plot, overlooking the busy main street to the south and the Garrison Creek Park to the north.
A two-story podium will have 88,000 square feet of retail space and 28,000 square feet of office space. Most of the retail space will be taken up by the newly renovated Sobey’s grocery store, which already occupies the location.
The 349 residential apartments in this building will provide one to three-bedroom suites ranging from 552 to 1,288 square feet. On the other hand, the suites may include more oversized balconies or patios.
Residents will use white ceramic tiles in bathrooms, laundry rooms, and storage areas to complement the elegant cabinets and contemporary finishes in the suites’ interiors.
Stainless steel sinks and matching slab backsplashes will be standard in the open-concept kitchens. Granite or engineered quartz worktops are also available. There will be enough room for everyone with a gym, a sauna/steam room and changing rooms, a large outdoor terrace with a private fireplace sitting area, an outdoor pool, a BBQ and kitchen, and day lockers. With a private fireside lounge, there will also be an outside patio.
To add to the region’s urbanization, the façade of this condo building, which has a modern aesthetic, will be painted white and black. The exact layout of the facilities is still being finalized, but the podium’s enormous rooftop space seems to be an ideal spot for outdoor gatherings.
An abundance of activity may be seen inside the confines of this industrial district. Stores, cafes, single-family homes, and low-rise apartments make up the Dupont Condominiums, along with many of the area’s historic warehouse buildings.
Several developers have recently targeted the neighborhood with close access to public transportation and attractive neighborhoods like Yorkville and The Annex. Almost a dozen new condominium complexes, many of them mid-rise boutique projects like this one, are in the local vicinity.
It’s just a five-minute bus journey to Dupont metro station from this west-end area, close to the Annex and Yorkville’s sparkling retail and cultural magnet. If you’re looking for a place to get away from it all, this is the one.
Residents and locals nearby can find an 81 transit score and a 70 walk score in the Dupont Condos neighborhood. Bus stations, motorways, and other modes of public transportation are all within walking distance of Dupont Condos. Just 13-14 minutes away is Ossington Station. In addition, the Dupont metro station is just a short walk away.
It’s no surprise that Tridel is one of Toronto’s most prominent real estate developers. They want to build sustainable communities with contemporary conveniences.
This builder has a fantastic portfolio, with over 80,000 residences spread throughout North York, Richmond Hill, and other key GTA locations. Aqualuna, Westerly Condos, Tridel at The Well, and Via Bloor 2 are just a few of Tridel’s active projects.
