The Dupont Condominiums are located on a 2.8-acre plot, overlooking the busy main street to the south and the Garrison Creek Park to the north.

A two-story podium will have 88,000 square feet of retail space and 28,000 square feet of office space. Most of the retail space will be taken up by the newly renovated Sobey’s grocery store, which already occupies the location.

There will be enough room for everyone with a gym, a sauna/steam room and changing rooms, a large outdoor terrace with a private fireplace sitting area, an outdoor pool, a BBQ and kitchen, and day lockers. With a private fireside lounge, there will also be an outside patio.

To add to the region’s urbanization, the façade of this condo building, which has a modern aesthetic, will be painted white and black. The exact layout of the facilities is still being finalized, but the podium’s enormous rooftop space seems to be an ideal spot for outdoor gatherings.

Location and Neighborhood

An abundance of activity may be seen inside the confines of this industrial district. Stores, cafes, single-family homes, and low-rise apartments make up the Dupont Condominiums, along with many of the area’s historic warehouse buildings.

Several developers have recently targeted the neighborhood with close access to public transportation and attractive neighborhoods like Yorkville and The Annex. Almost a dozen new condominium complexes, many of them mid-rise boutique projects like this one, are in the local vicinity.

It’s just a five-minute bus journey to Dupont metro station from this west-end area, close to the Annex and Yorkville’s sparkling retail and cultural magnet. If you’re looking for a place to get away from it all, this is the one.

Bus stations, motorways, and other modes of public transportation are all within walking distance of Dupont Condos. Just 13-14 minutes away is Ossington Station. In addition, the Dupont metro station is just a short walk away.
