The W 41st Avenue shopping district includes restaurants like McDonald’s, ASA Sushi, Starbucks, and Tim Hortons. Residents may get to W 41st Avenue by driving westbound towards West Boulevard.

All of the schools in the vicinity of the Fifteen can be accessed by car or bus. These schools are Kerrisdale elementary, Southlands Elementary, St. George’s junior school, St. George’s senior school, Elite Montessori Academy, and more. In about 7 minutes, students who live in The Fifteen may walk to the University of British Columbia campus on W 16th Ave., which connects the building to campus.

There are also several parks in the area. It is possible to get to these parks either by vehicle or by bus. Many parks in the area, such as Memorial West Park, Balaclava Park, and Pacific Spirit Regional Park.

There is a bus stop just in front of the condominium, and there are many others across the street. On W 41st Ave, two blocks south of The Fifteen, there are other bus stop stations from which you may connect various routes into the heart of downtown Vancouver.
