The facade appears to be mostly cementitious architectural cladding in prominent pixelated white and dark grey patterns. Glazing and woodgrain cladding in windows and screening are incorporated as well in the exterior for protection and to amplify its aesthetic features. 

Location and Neighbourhood

108A St. Northwest is one of the walkable streets of the Garneau community. This neighbourhood provides homebuyers with the choice between various methods of transportation.
