The Hive will feature a 22-storey residential tower with a total of 250 residential units. A fairly unique L-shaped tower design with sawtooth articulation along all sides. The facade appears to be mostly cementitious architectural cladding in prominent pixelated white and dark grey patterns. Glazing and woodgrain cladding in windows and screening are incorporated as well in the exterior for protection and to amplify its aesthetic features. 

Location and Neighbourhood

108A St. Northwest is one of the walkable streets of the Garneau community. This neighbourhood provides homebuyers with the choice between various methods of transportation. Although the accessibility to transportation is merely advantageous for this location, necessities can be met without the use of a vehicle since numerous businesses are quite close by.
