The tower portion of the Humber Condos will be anchored by a podium structure with a total height of 22 stories. There will be 232 apartments in this building, including five studios, 12 one-bedrooms, 73 one-bedrooms with dens, 100 two-bedrooms, two two-bedrooms with dens, and 40 three-bedroom suites.

All floors will be occupied by residential space, including a few apartments on the ground level accessible by street. Due to the closeness to the ravine, south-facing properties are expected to be in high demand.

First-floor social lounges and party rooms with kitchens and a rooftop terrace and social lounges on the 7th level are among the building facilities available. There are two barbecues on the terrace.

An underground parking garage will include 131 parking spots. The project’s exterior has contemporary glass and precast components for the neighborhood’s expanding number of urban condos.

There will be a new development South of Weston Road and Lawrence Avenue West. The Humber Condos is within a short bus ride from the future Eglinton Crosstown LRT, which will end at Weston Road, bringing 20 kilometers of fast transportation across the city.
