Introducing The Kip District
The Kip District is a condo project being developed by Concert Developments, with the most recent phase scheduled for completion in May 2022. The Kip District is going to be made up of 5 gorgeous Etobicoke condominiums, around a lush park, the centrepiece of this master-planned community.
A Focus on Sustainability
The Kip District has made sustainability a major initiative, with suites equipped with high-efficiency sustainable tech to reduce emissions and promote green living. The building will include energy efficient motion-controlled lighting throughout the building; a waste management system for garbage, recycling, and organics; double glazed low-e thermal windows; electric vehicle charging stations; a green roof and landscape irrigation system operated by storm water; and more. Suites will include high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, an “all-off” light switch at the front door, individually controlled thermostat and energy recovery system, and more.
Just steps from Kipling Subway Station and Kipling GO, transit is extremely accessible and getting around Toronto is an absolute breeze.
