      I didn’t know too much about the project, I was in the showroom though and I really liked a particular floor plan. Dave walk me through the building and I left. Dave mentioned that this kind of floorpan was very desirable. wish I listened to him and acted sooner. It was sold a few days later. But it was ok we ended up getting a unit at Valhalla which I really liked too.
