On the bottom level, tenants will access a 525-square-foot amenity room with an adjacent outdoor terrace. 

All suites on the ground level have private patios. Each of the upper stories has a sundeck. With a sedum roof and themed sedum panels, six of the apartments on the top-level feature private rooftop decks.

The building will give two accessible vehicle parking spots and 66 safe bicycle stalls with 15 lockers for shift residents at one underground level.
