This condominium project is coming to Ottawa, it will comprise three towers located just west of Preston Street in the heart of downtown. One of the towers, which would stand at 55 stories, will be the highest structure in Ottawa. The second tower will be 45 stories high, while the third tower will be 18 stories high. 

The project, which is being designed by Toronto architects Graziani and Corazza, will contain 1,120 apartments. There will also be ground-level commercial space and a big plaza open to the public on the first floor. The Sky will be a one-minute walk from the Carling Station on the O-Train system.

Location and Neighbourhood

A café named Carmelito Cafe is located near Alice Restaurant and Atelier. McDonald’s, The Prescott, Roberto Pizza, and Farinella are all close. For food, Di Rienzo’s Grocery is a good option; residents may also buy at Food Basics and Westgate Shopping Centre.

Carling Avenue is just a few blocks away from several distinct parks, including Queen Juliana, Commissioner, Ev Tremblay, and Fairmont. Nearby schools include Corpus Christi Elementary School, Mutchmor Public School, Heritage Academy, and Ecole Elementaire Publique Centre-Nord in the Glebe neighborhood of Ottawa, Canada.

The restaurants in Little Italy cater to a wide range of tastes. Preston Street is a great place to eat and drink. In addition, the Ottawa Civic Hospital may be located a few blocks away. Nearby highway 417 provides inhabitants convenient access to Ottawa’s downtown, west end, and east end. 

The Glebe and Chinatown are just a few of the fantastic neighborhoods surrounding Little Italy. The dining and entertainment options in these areas are some of the finest in the city.

Accessibility and Highlights

Carling Avenue is home to several buses, allowing inhabitants to get about the city in various ways. Restaurants, taverns, schools, and parks can all be reached by vehicle or bus. The Bayview railway station is a short walk away.

On the shores of Dow’s Lake in charming Little Italy, the setting of this project is unbeatable. Conveniently positioned near the O-train, people may quickly go to Bayview Station or Ottawa’s southern suburbs. 

Carleton University is also located on this route. Dow’s Lake is a great place to go for a stroll or for people who like the great outdoors. The Dominion Arboretum, also nearby, is a stunning green space worth exploring.
