The Twelve Hundred is an 8-storey condo project currently in pre-construction stages by Fieldgate Urban. It will house a total of 115 residential dwellings that will be a mix of one-bedroom up to three-bedroom suites. The suites will range from 343 up to 896 square feet that will have open-concept layouts and some of the suites will have spaces for balconies and terraces.

The project’s ground level will be dedicated to retail spaces to incite a new public realm in the area. The developers will also incorporate indoor amenities such as lounge areas, party rooms, fitness facilities, and a few others. Outdoor amenity spaces include a rooftop BBQ lounge area, a rooftop party room, and expansive terraces.

Location and Neighborhood
