The Vincent Condos project will have 766 apartments spread over two high-rise buildings joined by a platform. Both buildings, known as the south and north, will be joined by a podium that includes retail space on the ground floor. 27 and 34-storey buildings will be built for the project. North and South Tower each have 447 and 319 suites, respectively. Residents may expect balconies in their apartments when they move into the building.
