Coming soon to Toronto is a new mixed-use, high-rise residential development by Menkes Development Ltd. and Core Development Group. The Whitfield condominium is a 45-storey proposed residential tower that will have 470 units and retail spaces on the ground floor. The Whitfield condominium is currently in preconstruction and will be located at 33 Sherbourne St, Toronto, ON.

About the Developer

For over 60 years, Menkes Development Ltd. has been a fully integrated, multi-disciplinary real estate company that is responsible for developing many mixed-use projects in Downtown Toronto. The company’s previous projects include the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences in Yorkville, Harbour Plaza/One York in the South Core District, and the Empress Walk in North York City Centre.

Core Development Group was founded by Corey Hawtin, a third-generation real estate developer, and is responsible for creating this Toronto-based developing company. Core Development’s goal is to build urban developments that are unique and achieves the balance between progressive architectural design and qualitative construction.
