UnionCity is a grand condo community that will feature 4 residential high-rises buildings named A1, A2, B1, and B2 presently.

Building A1 will be 33 storeys high, while Building A2 will be 34 storeys high. Both will be placed along the train corridor and will include a five-story above-grade parking facility that will be shared.

Building B1 will be a 12-storey structure located on Enterprise Boulevard. Meanwhile, at the northwest corner of Enterprise Boulevard and University Avenue, Building B2 will rise 33 storeys.

The condo community will accommodate a combined total of 1,400 residential suites that will come in layouts of one, two, and three-bedroom units.
