Residents of Victory Green Towns in Markham will be able to choose from a variety of floor plans, including standard two-storey townhouses, three-storey rear lane townhouses, and single-detached homes. 

Designed with families in mind, the houses in this development will be comprehensive, airy, and well-suited for entertaining. Traditional and contemporary features will be included in the architectural design.

Light grey stone and dark brown framing around windows and doors will be used in the stacked townhouses. The bottom-level apartments will have backyards, while the upper floors will have rooftop terraces; therefore, we may expect these houses to have two or three bedrooms. 

For single-family homes, expect dark brown brick on the upper floors and light grey stone on the bottom, with dark framing around the windows.

120 typical townhouses, rear lane townhomes, and detached homes with three or four bedrooms will be constructed in the first phase. Location and Neighborhood

Victory Green is a family-friendly neighborhood located south of Highway 407 in Markham. It is a fantastic area to invest in the Greater Toronto Area. Main Street, an old, historic neighborhood with a unique combination of urban amenities, will be within walking distance of residents. One of Ontario’s oldest cities, Markham, was founded on Main Street.

A day spent strolling around the city’s streets is an excellent way for residents to spend their time. To get about, they’ll be able to meander around all of the stores and eateries. At any one time, Main Street is awash in activities and attractions. 

The Markville Shopping Centre is a 5-minute drive away for individuals who prefer a more extensive shopping experience. Residents can enjoy the entire shopping experience at this mall, which features more than 160 shops and services.

Accessibility/Highlights 

This area’s proximity to public transportation makes it an excellent place to put money into real estate. The 407 and the 401 are approximately two minutes south and ten minutes north of this complex. 

Getting around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is quick and easy because of the area’s proximity to major highways. Markham GO Station is about 7 minutes away from this property. It takes under an hour to reach Union Station from this station.
