Weston Park Condos is a proposed two-tower condo development featuring two contemporary mixed-use high-rises. The towers will stand 38 and 28 storeys, housing 330 and 208 residential suites respectively. Although detailed renderings are still in the making, we can expect a skyscraper that will undoubtedly become a trademark icon for the Weston neighborhood based on the concept.
The layouts of the condo units in Toronto are yet to be announced but will most likely feature a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units.
The proposal also includes the incorporation of a heritage church structure on the condo’s ground level. In fact, the two churches will be relocated to the southwest corner of the property, where they will most likely contain the project’s retail and commercial spaces.
