Woodside Square shopping mall is undergoing a redevelopment that includes the addition of several high-rise and mid-rise buildings. This ambitious project plans to retain the existing mall but develop the surrounding surface parking lots into a mixed-use community that will include condos, privately owned public spaces (POPS), and a 2-storey cinema building.
A total of 2,589 residential suites will be housed by this proposed redevelopment. 6 towers will be added ranging in height from 23 to 38 storeys, with the tallest to be situated along Finch Avenue East. Graziani and Corazza Architects designed the towers and strictly adhered to Tall Building Guidelines to ensure the safety of the residents.
The project is currently in pre-construction by the WSIM Group. Enjoy vibrant green spaces and beautifully landscaped gardens perfectly blended with urban convenience.

Woodside Square is a shopping mall opened in 1977 and had been redeveloped and renovated in the past couple of years. This latest redevelopment by WSIM Group is proposed to add commercial spaces to the already retail-rich community. The mall houses over 90 stores that include FoodBasics, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Dollarama just within the community, and more are situated in the surrounding area.
The area also rests in a student-friendly neighborhood with many schools within the development’s vicinity. Some of the schools include Albert Campbell Collegiate Institute, Francis Libermann Catholic Highschool, Brimwood Boulevard Jr Public School, and Our Lady of Grace Catholic School.
The Agincourt North Community houses a plethora of parks and green spaces such as Brimley Woods Park, Richmond Park, and Iroquois Park. Not only this, but the Woodside Square community will also have beautifully landscaped greenery and will include 4 POPS within the pedestrian-friendly neighborhood.
