Turnbull Lakeside: The condominium sits on 92 acres north of Lake Couchiching and east of Highway 11. The development plan features 8 Blocks of Six Unit Townhouses, 15 Blocks of Two Unit Semi-Detached Houses, 110 Detached Houses, and 1 Management and Security Unit. There are developed residential areas on the east and west sides of the community.

Memorial Avenue: Orillia, the rapidly developing city in Canada, will house Memorial Avenue, a community to feature 486 units across 45 acres of land, with an additional 170 units proposed once rezoning is finalized.
