Past Projects

TC4 & TC5: The TC4 & TC5 are 45-storied buildings and 50-storied buildings, respectively. The community is a few steps from the regional bus terminal and the TCC subway station. The design was led by Nak Design Strategies, Figure 3, and the Diamond Schmitt Architects. The quick and easy ride of the city makes downtown jobs, classes at York U, watching movies at TIFF, and a shopping spree at Yorkdale a cakewalk. The TC4 & TC5 sits in the heart of a connected universe with a 9-acre central park, library, and YMCA close by.

Peter Street Condominiums: The Peter Street Condominiums sit at the intersection of Peter and Adelaide in downtown Toronto. The 40-storied residential building design was led by a team composed of Cecconi Simone and Architects Alliance. The construction commenced in early 2012 and was registered in December 2014.

On-going Projects

The Forest Hill: The Forest Hill is a rising 14-storied with direct subway access through the lobby and connecting to everything the city offers. The ultra-stylish design creates an iconic statement in the city’s skyline.
