383 Sorauren; This award-winning mid-rise building is situated in Roncesvalles, Toronto. It is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in town, with its European characteristics and bustling marketplaces. It borders High Park, Toronto’s biggest park entirely inside the city limits. The facade of this structure is decorated with traditional red brick and rises 10-storeys tall.
Modern kitchens with solid core veneer slab cabinets and Corian kitchen worktops are featured in these boutique condominiums. An exercise room, a lounge, and a guest suite are amenities found in this building. This project construction was completed in 2016.
Junction Point: This pre-construction project is situated at 2625 Dundas St, Junction Point Condos is a townhouse and mid-rise condominium building in Toronto. The 111 condominium apartments and eight townhouses in this 8-story mid-rise are all immediately accessible from the street. There are one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom plans available in the building. The rear part of Junction Point is built with large stepbacks, enabling many west-facing units to have their terraces.

One-bedroom, two, and three-bedroom units will be available, with townhouse units included in the latter. The sizes will vary from 459 to 2,115 square feet.
