Gendale Avenue: Gendale Avenue is three 4-storied buildings with 234 condo units. The community is located northeast of Oliver Lane and Gendale street in St. Catherines. The community also houses 4 townhomes and gives a perfect view of the Welland Canal and the boats that pass through it.

Chippawa: Chippawa is a 4-storied building with 63 condo units and 6 hometowns. The community is an 8-minutes walk from the Niagra falls in the Chippawa area. It is a perfect place to live and raise a family, thanks to the modern-ultra facilities, the green spaces, and the vast parkland. The community also provides residents a Serene environment and access to public transit.
