St. Clair Village Condos: Located in Toronto, ON, St. Clair Village Condos is a new premium mid-rise condominium development. This proposed mid-rise condo aims to continue the intense development that has revitalized this historic Toronto street as the latest vertically-focused home to sprout up along this midtown streetcar route.
This Quadrangle-designed condominium has 122 dwelling units spread throughout its 12-story structure.
The condo suites in St. Clair Village will be from 450 to 1,301 square feet in size. One-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as combination units, are available. Apartments with one bedroom range in size from 450 to 566 square feet, while those with one bedroom plus a den range from 560 to 701 square feet. Apartments with two bedrooms range from 733 to 895 square feet, while apartments with two bedrooms and a den range from 875 to 1,124 square feet.3-bedroom apartments somewhere between 998 and 1,301 square feet.
Two St. Thomas: Located in Toronto, ON, Two St. Thomas is a new 26-story premium rental building designed in cooperation with BentallGreenOak for discerning residents in Toronto’s Bloor-Yorkville area. For individuals wanting an enhanced level of service, well-designed living apartments, and contemporary facilities, the 248 unit complex offers an unmatched renting experience. The building earned gold accreditation for new construction from the Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design criteria. This project is completed in 2018 by Kingsett Capital.
Glovebox: Located in Kitchener, ON, Glovebox is an iconic new office building in Kitchener’s Innovation District. The project is presently under development. This site is perfect for the collaborative nature of creation and invention, combining old and modern architecture, brick and beam, and glass with steel.
