Mohammed Rawra, CEO of Nascent developments comes from a line of builders, same as his father before him. He studied engineering and construction in the UK and has a P.Eng qualification. His passion and experience began at an early age while working with his father, a developer/builder.
That’s when he discovered he had a propensity for building and that it was in his genes. Following graduation, he worked for an international building company until launching his construction firm in 2003. Mohammed’s passion for construction and helping to bring the “ wow ” factor to anything and everything has led to what nascent developments are all about today.
