    Kaledio Corporation is a Toronto based development company that focuses on urban living developments. Their most targetted product type are the Urban-Towns developments along with standalone freehold Townhomes in North York, Riverdale, Whitby and Brampton. Being a new developer, Kaleido sticks out from the rest by offering high-end Italian like finishes as part of their standard packages and does a great job with their layouts while being creative with square footage.

    Some recent projects that Kaleido Corporation has sold were Nova Urban Towns Phase 1 and 2, Elevate at Logan Towns and with a few coming soon projects such as Calerence St. Towns, Clanton Park Towns, Wnederly Park Towns and Trafalgar Castle Towns. Kaleido always keeps a lookout for unique locations and focuses on up-and coming areas within the GTA.
