Village by the arboretum: A 112-acre 55+ Active Adult Lifestyle Community located just south of the University of Guelph. It has 888 detached townhouses and condos in total, as well as an onsite health center. The Village Centre also has a fitness center, a gym, a pool, table tennis courts, and other amenities.
Georgian meadows: Georgian Meadows, located in Collingwood, is a neighborhood of 332 2-story detached houses on lots ranging in size from 36 to 50 feet and including both classic and artisan home designs. The Country Club, Blue Mountain Golf, and Collingwood Harbour are also nearby. This project was a seven-year endeavor that took a long time to finish.
