Mr. Ted Libfeld founded The Conservatory Group to express his passion and impact Toronto’s real estate industry. Ted has made outstanding contributions to the Toronto real estate industry over the years and was inducted into the GTA Home Builder’s Association Hall of Frame after receiving recognition, The First Presidential Award of Merit in 2000. The Conservatory Group is currently managed by Ted’s four sons, who are experts in real estate with decades of success to show for it.

Infinity Condos: Infinity Condos was completed in 2016. The Community is a 16-storied building with 298 condo units. Infinity Condos is the last phase of The Conservatory Group Infinity Series project located at 52 Lower Simcoe Street, Toronto. Milian Condonium: Milian Condominium is one of The Conservatory Group’s most prominent projects in Toronto. The Community is a 37-storied building with 322 condo suites.
