Woodcliffe Landmark Properties
After founding Woodcliffe Landmark Properties in 1996, Woodcliffe developed an extensive commercial real estate portfolio in Ontario and Quebec including iconic landmark buildings such as the North Toronto Station, King James Place and the Shops of Summerhill. In the process, the company was praised with numerous architectural awards, including the prestigious Corporate Award from Heritage Canada and Governor General’s Award for Architecture. Woodcliffe worked in close collaboration with the heritage preservation communities, governments and local interest groups to maintain the architectural integrity of every heritage project, holding all those involved to the highest quality standards.
