Markham City is located North East of Toronto on the map, with North York Region and Richmond Hill on the east. The look and feel of Unionville is similar to Europe when you walk through the main street, lined with cute establishments such as ice cream shops, bars, grills, candy shops, boutique jewellers, souvenirs, and more.

One of the highlights of Unionville is the Old Firehall Confectionary, a historic fire hall that has since been turned into a shop for handmade confections such candy apples, fudge, sponge toffee and more.
