Considered by many to be a highly-developed city, Yonge and Eglinton is located in the midtown Toronto map. Being a well-developed area, Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue have quite a few new condo developments in construction. Considering how expensive it is to buy and develop land in that area, Toronto builders are choosing to maximize Yonge and Eglinton by building as high up as possible. That doesn’t mean that there aren’t new developers that incorporate townhouses in that area, but a home in this location will be expensive.

Line 5’s main tower is going to black with glass giving an elegant and clean look that few buildings achieve. Besides looking amazing from the outside, the building is going to have an outdoor pool which is quite unique for the location. Along with that comes a juice and coffee bar, art studio, fitness centre, BBQ area, steam and sauna room, Yoga studio and even a spa. The public amenities for the building are shaping up to be some of the best in Toronto.
