Globizen Developments creates sustainability-focused urban infill communities across the Greater Toronto Area. The investment holding aspect of the company focuses on marketable securities and investment management. The company develops and operates culture-focused short-term rental properties in the hospitality industry, which Globizen Hospitality manages. The company has a studio committed to creating designs for brands and fitting into commercial and residential spaces.
In 2019, Globizen Developments won the Best New Band and Best Environmental Design. The company also won the Canadian Interiors, Best of Canada Award in 2019. Globizen Developments is led by Brandon Donnelly, a successful real estate developer bringing a tremendous fresh perspective into Toronto’s real estate industry. The company strives to build a sustainable future for Torontonians. Brandon also has a blog with over 14,000 policymakers, planners, architects, designers, and urbanists subscribers. Globizen Developments’ leader Brandon has a good reputation for being one of the country’s real estate companies’ advisors. The face caps reflect two of their past projects, Junction House and Mackay Laneway House. Both face caps are available for sale on the developer’s website. Past Project
Junction House: Junction House is located at 2720, Dundan Street West, Toronto. The community is a 2-storied 150 mid-rise residential condo units with retail and laneway houses at grade. The community was developed by Globizen Developments in partnership with Unique Urban Homes, VanderBrand, and OTHAR. Junction House condo units consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an expansive living room, a lobby, and a co-working space. In 2019, Junction House won the BILD Award Winner for the Most Innovative Suit Design. Residents have access to a penthouse and a rooftop lounge at Junction House.
Mackay Laneway House:Â Mackay Laneway House is located at 95L Mackay Avenue, Toronto. The community is a low-rise one-bedroom plus study suite that was completed in 2021. Mackay Laneway House was developed in collaboration with Globizen Studio and Gabriel Fein Architect. The building has a living and dining area with a double-height skylight to the right. Also, there’s a main entrance of the laneway and mint-green stairs with a kinked roofline to accommodate the overhead tree. Mackay Laneway House offers its residents a sturdy dormer with borrowed lights from the double-height skylight area.

Parkview Mountain House: ParkView Mountain House is located at 649 Parkview Drive, Park City, Utah. The building is a low-rise single-family house in the neighborhood of Summit Park. The building is a 3 bedroom flat to be led by the design team at Mattaforma. Parkview Mountain House is proposed to be completed in 2022.
