One Yorkville: One Yorkville is Located at the corner of Yonge and Yorkville; Plaza Corporation and Bazis joined hands together to build this 58-storey, 564-unit residential condominium skyscraper. The open-concept apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the city skyline. Hardwood flooring, European-style kitchens, and spacious bedrooms with soaking tubs and glass-framed showers can be found in these homes.
This Yorkville condominium is a highly awaited addition to the expanding neighborhood, built by globally renowned architect Rosario Varacalli and boasting a list of spa-inspired features, including hot and cold plunge pools. The project was completed in February 2020.
Bijou: Located at the intersection of Bloor and Riverview, Plaza’s Bijou Condos is a new mixed-use high-rise condominium project in Toronto. The developer proposes a 12-story skyscraper featuring retail space on the first level and 195 premium residential apartments. On the second level, tenants will have access to spacious indoor and outdoor facilities that overlook a courtyard on the project’s north side, allowing them to rest or interact.
An indoor pool, steam room, exercise room, yoga room, catering kitchen, lounge, party room, study space, and eating area are among the many facilities available. Bloor Street West will be fronted by the main residential lobby and the proposed retail area, with plenty of glass and a pleasant streetscape. The rezoning process for this project is nearing completion. The project will be completed in 2023 by Plaza Corp.
