8 Elm Street is a new high-rise residential tower developed by Pemberton Group. 8 Elm Street is a 67-storey brand-new condo development in Toronto that houses 667 residential units from studio units to three-bedroom units. The 45th floor will also feature an 877 sq. ft. of outdoor terrace, that offers magnificent views of the city’s skyline. 8 Elm Street will not have any parking garages, but there will be 469 spaces for bicycles.
Just outside 8 Elm Street are bus stops. 8 Elm Street is a 3-minute walk to Dundas Station and a 5-minute walk to College Station.
