372 Yonge Street is set to be an architectural marvel that will be built over existing heritage buildings. Heritage buildings on the site include 1930-built Art Deco Buildings, as well as buildings built in the mid-1800s. The plans for the project call to preserve the heritage buildings and integrate them into the condo tower.

The project will feature a 74-storey tower that will house 406 residential suites. The suites will be a mix of one up to three-bedroom units with lavish features and finishes.
