About the Developers

Winston Chong is a British Columbia and Ontario-licensed architect. Recently, he launched his design firm, which focuses on a wide variety of architectural and interior design projects, including landscape design and planning and interior design and product design.

As an architect, Winston has worked with some of Canada’s most prominent award-winning firms, such as architectsAlliance and KPMB Architects in Toronto and Cannon Design in Vancouver. 

As an architect and designer, Winston has worked on various public and private structures in Toronto and Vancouver during the last 18 years. The 725 Granville | Sears Redevelopment in downtown Vancouver with James KM Cheng Architects, completed in 2015, was his most recent project.
