335 Yonge Street Condos is a pre-construction condo project by The Lalani Group. This 30-storey high-rise will feature 165 residential suites. The exterior will feature chic, contemporary architecture with steel panels, glass balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows with black frames while the units will have luxurious features and finish designed by Zeidler Partnership Architects.

The suites will have a variety of layouts ranging from studio up to three-bedroom units with the majority of the units being allotted to one and two bedrooms. 

The 30-storey tower will sit atop a 4-storey podium that will house retail and commercial elements. The first three floors of the project are allocated to commercial and retails spaces while the fourth floor will be dedicated to indoor and outdoor amenities including an outdoor terrace.
