483 Bay is a new high-rise residential condo tower developed in Toronto that is being developed by Northam Realty Advisors. 483 Bay is a 70-storey condominium tower that will have 538 residential units. This development will sit on top of the South Tower of the 1983 Bell Trinity Square office. It is currently in preconstruction and coming soon to 483 Bay St, Toronto, ON.
The 483 Bay condominium will have a new 15-storey elevator located beside Bell Trinity Square, where residents can walk to and from the new tower. The 15th floor of 483 Bay will feature a full sky lobby and indoor and outdoor amenities.
