In this massive 474,400-square-foot development, there are a total of 551 condo units and other amenity areas. Cecconi Simone has designed the suite interiors, including 9-foot-high smooth-finished ceilings, pre-laminated flooring in the living/dining.

 This development in Toronto also has a bedroom, den rooms, and enormous floor-to-ceiling aluminum windows with insulated double glazing. Bathroom vanities and soaker tubs will be made to order and placed in the condos’ bathrooms, along with a single-bowl stone composite under-mounted sink and contemporary-styled faucets. 

Amenities include a fireplace lounge and 24-hour concierge service in the ground-floor double-height lobby decorated in rich woods and dusty golds. The bulk of the amenities, including a pet spa and a climate-controlled parcel storage area, are placed on two floors dedicated only to them. 

Seven ground-floor townhouse units will be located on the western portion of the podium base. These two-story residences will have 2 or 3 bedrooms and a 2.4-meter private patio with a planting bed. The privacy barrier between each terrace will allow residents to have some alone time.

Location and Neighborhood

This Bloor-Yorkville district is at the heart of everything. The region is well-known for its stunning and luxurious collection of high-rise and low-rise luxury condominiums, and this new addition fits right in. Residents will be right in the middle of everything, with easy access to the area’s high-end shopping and dining establishments.
