Adagio Condos is a pre-construction condo project by Menkes Developments situated at 771 Yonge Street. This 49-storey condo tower will feature 322 residential suites and various indoor amenities. The units will be divided into Studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den layouts.

The project also aims to incorporate an existing 3-storey heritage building into the tower’s podium. The plans call for the podium to house retail elements fronting Asquith Ave and a residential lobby off Yonge Street.
