Master-planned neighborhood Bloor and Dufferin Condominiums is all about contemporary architecture and comfort in one location. A 7.3-acre site is being developed by Capital Developments and Metropia. The Toronto District School Board once owned the land. The seven-block neighborhood near Bloor and Dufferin is home to a variety of residents. Six of the seven blocks will be utilized for a variety of purposes, while the seventh will be a park.
Bloor and Dufferin Condos, the new preconstruction project in Toronto will contain around 2219 residential units when completed. Many of the stores are based on the neighborhood’s current character. A Plaza and atrium will serve as a pleasant entryway and landmark for the development.
The Bloor and Dufferin Condos project boasts a team of world-renowned architects, including Hariri Pontarini Architects, Giannone Petricone Associates, and ERA Architects, as well as heritage experts.
A total of nine new buildings, ranging in height from six to 47 stories, will be built on the site, according to municipal papers. An autonomous, mixed-use complex with room for residences, retail establishments, offices, and community functions is the ultimate aim.
More than 200,000 square feet of retail space and more than 52,000 square feet of office space are included in the planned 2,219 residential units, which are supplemented by an additional 30,000 square feet of communal space.
Bloor & Dufferin Condos is located in an area that is constantly expanding. There are several parks, cafés, public transit alternatives, restaurants, stores, and more to be found in the city.
A 24-acre park is right across the street from a variety of shopping and needs alternatives. Christie Pit is a great place for kids and families to unwind. Near the Bloor and Dufferin Condominiums, you’ll find baseball, basketball, an outdoor pool, a splash pad, and many more activities.
Bloor and Dufferin Condos are conveniently located near several of Toronto’s top attractions. This area has a wide range of options for families and artists, as well as a little community known as Little Portugal.
