Capital City Towns is a townhouse community that will consist of 104 townhouse units with one to three-bedroom layouts. The units will have sizes between 860 square feet up to 1,360 square feet with open-concept layouts, lavish interiors, and contemporary features.

Each suite is well-designed to maximize the comfort of its residents, integrating modern suite features with luxurious exteriors that exude an inviting feel to the community. The project will have 4 blocks of townhouses centered by a beautifully landscaped courtyard.
