Designers Walk Condos is a brand-new condo project in Yorkville by Cityzen Development Group and Greybrook Realty Partners situated at 314 Davenport Road in Toronto. The building is described as a “Vertical Garden” due to the vertical forest elements included in the building designs by RAW Design. The development will have a total of 27 storeys with 122 residential suites that will be a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom layouts.

Upscale amenities will also be included in the development. 2,604 square feet will be allotted for indoor amenity spaces. The project will also incorporate retail elements on the ground floor along with cafés and pedestrian walkways to help create an attractive public realm.

The project will also have an underground parking lot that will house 201 parking spaces and 140 spaces for bikes. 

Location and Neighborhood

The Annex is a mainly residential neighborhood with most of its residents belonging to the working class and students. The area is considered as a student quarter where students from the University of Toronto reside. The place is also home to fraternity houses and members of the university’s faculty.

The site is also adjacent to three of the most vibrant streets in Toronto – Bloor Street, Yonge Street, and Dupont Street. This provides the residents in this part of the city quick access to numerous lifestyle amenities.

This development in The Annex neighborhood is situated in an area with numerous amenities near the development. This busy neighborhood offers busy streets with numerous retail, supermarkets, groceries, eateries, bars, and many other shops that suit everyone’s lifestyle.
