Kohn Partnership Architects Inc. will design the East Pointe Condominiums, a modern building that will improve the neighborhood’s cityscape. With a wide variety of layouts and styles to choose from, these suites provide a luxurious and affluent lifestyle. Condos range in size from 586 square feet studios to 1,284 square feet three-bedroom and den units.

Multiple layers of internal amenity area will be built in, including thousands of square feet. Near the fitness facility, The Pointe Business Hub offers two patios and well-designed workstations and conference spaces for those who want to work from home.

Grade-level parties may be held in a beautifully constructed party room with a European-style kitchen with an expansive island and bar seating and a cozy living room space with an open fireplace. In addition, all social spaces will be equipped with Wi-Fi.

Additionally, there will be 102 parking spots for vehicles and 74 for bicycles in an underground parking garage part of the new construction. Kitchens in each suite will have extended European-styled cabinets, high-end appliances, and soft-close cabinet doors and drawers. Quartz countertops and a ceramic tile backsplash are included in the package.

Location and Neighborhood

Kingston Road Avenue Study, a municipal strategy put in place a decade ago to revitalize buildings between the Guildwood GO Station and the Highland Creek Bridge, includes the East Pointe Condominiums in Toronto. This project involves expanding walkways, planting trees and bushes, and supporting high-quality, mixed-use projects, like this one, as part of the upgrading process.

The University of Toronto Scarborough campus, which has also recently unveiled a master plan, is only a few minutes drive or bus ride away from the location. Expanding the campus will provide a world-class educational experience, house other land uses, and integrate it with its surrounding community. Some of the additional enhancements being planned for the area include more open space and better public transportation.

Accessibility/Highlights

The neighborhood around 4569 Kingston Rd has a high walkability rating of 79 and a good transit rating of 71. The ease of moving about on Kingston Road is beneficial whether you’re a professional traveling into downtown Toronto or elsewhere in the Greater Toronto Area. The facility is serviced by several bus lines, notably the Scarborough Rocket, operated by the University of Toronto. 

It’s also a short drive to the GO station, from where you can take a train to Toronto’s Union Station in approximately 25 minutes, or the airport. The East Pointe Condominiums are located near major roads such as Highway 401, which will provide easy access to the rest of the city for drivers.
