The Filmores Hotel redevelopment will sit on a 3-storey brick podium, which will be used for a licensed rooming house. However, this part of the building is yet to have plans for alterations. This base of the Filmores Hotel redevelopment will feature the retained Filmore facade and a complementary retail space on the east side. The west part of the base will have retail and service spaces. The 588 condominium units will be divided into the following:

• 135 One-bedroom units
• 298 One-bedroom plus den units
• 96 Two-bedroom units
• 59 Three-bedroom units

Amenity spaces in the Filmores Hotel redevelopment will be located on the second floor of the tower. Developers propose to create 12,658 sq. ft. of indoor amenity space and 3,186 sq. ft. of outdoor amenity space. The redevelopment of Filmores Hotel will also feature 4-level underground parking spaces that will fit 116 vehicles.

Just outside the redevelopment are a series of streetcars and it is close to 3 subway stations: an 8-minute walk to Dundas Station and 9 minutes to Queen Station & College Station. With convenient access to public transit, residents can easily commute around Toronto. Residents from the Filmores Hotel redevelopment can access 2 shopping malls by foot: an 11-minute walk to Atrium & CF Toronto Eaton Centre, where they can shop, run errands, and dine in restaurants.
