As one of the highly anticipated projects coming soon to Vaughan, Promenade Park towers will feature upscale amenities and features incorporated in each and every suite.

The twin towers will rise above a shared 7-storey podium that will house mixed-use elements including commercial, residential, and condo amenities.

The condo’s variety of room layouts make it perfect for families of different sizes. There will be one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom suites with spacious open concept layouts ranging from 482 up to 1,431 square feet. 

Amenities in the first phase of this project include a yoga studio, private dining room and kitchen, pet wash station, games room, golf simulator, study lounge, sports lounge, and outdoor amenities including a green terrace and dining areas.

Location and neighbourhood

The project is located in one of the most connected neighborhoods in Vaughan with easy, all-around access to urban amenities and transportation. Residents will have a grand time living in this part of Vaughan surrounded by daily amenities and other urban conveniences.

Accessibility/Highlights

Just across the park is St.Elizabeth Catholic High School, making it extremely easy for residents who have high school-aged children who attend Catholic schools. For those who prefer attending a public school, Vaughan Secondary School is just a short drive away, or can even be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. York University is also only a 13-minute drive away, adding easy options for families with teenage children who are planning to attend university soon.

Getting around Vaughan with public transit doesn’t have to be hard for residents of Promenade Park Towers, because just north of the condos is Centre St filled with bus stops, and just south of the condos is Clark Ave, with lots of bus stops as well. Buses that run on both these major streets, Centre St and Clark Ave, both take riders to the TTC Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. From there, you can get onto a different bus to navigate around Vaughan or take the GO Bus anywhere you need to go in the GTA.

Just across the street from Promenade Park Towers is the Promenade Mall, with a number of different stores for everyone’s day to day needs. The mall’s store directory includes H&M, Sportchek, Rexall, Old Navy, Roots, Aritzia, Bath and Body Works, and the list goes on.

There is even a massive T&T grocery store in the mall, for delicious yet inexpensive groceries. The third floor of the mall has convenient offices such as a dental office, a law office, a tailor, and others. Residents of Promenade Park Towers won’t have to go far to do most of their errands and shopping. The mall even has a movie theatre, Imagine Cinemas, for something fun to do on an evening.
