About the Neighbourhood
Getting around Vaughan with public transit doesn’t have to be hard for residents of Promenade Park Towers, because just north of the condos is Centre St filled with bus stops, and just south of the condos is Clark Ave, with lots of bus stops as well. Buses that run on both these major streets, Centre St and Clark Ave, both take riders to the TTC Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. From there, you can get onto a different bus to navigate around Vaughan or take the GO Bus to anywhere you need to go in the GTA.
Just across the street from Promenade Park Towers is the Promenade Mall, with a number of different stores for everyone’s day to day needs. The mall’s store directory includes H&M, Sportchek, Rexall, Old Navy, Roots, Aritzia, Bath and Body Works, and the list goes on. There is even a massive T&T grocery store in the mall, for delicious yet inexpensive groceries. The third floor of the mall has convenient offices such as a dental office, a law office, a tailor, and others. Residents of Promenade Park Towers won’t have to go far to do most of their errands and shopping. The mall even has a movie theatre, Imagine Cinemas, for something fun to do on an evening.
