Coming soon to Toronto is a new trio high-rise condominium project developed by ONE Properties. Queen & Sherbourne consist of three towers: two 39-storey towers and a 45-storey tower with a total of 1,654 residential units, ranging from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom units. This condominium project is currently under construction at 245 Queen St E, Toronto, ON and is scheduled to be completed in 2023.
Tower A, located on the west block, is 39-storeys tall with 747 residential units: 551 one-bedroom units, 154 two-bedroom units, and 41 three-bedroom units. Tower B, located on the west block, stands 45-storeys tall with 363 residential units: 231 one-bedroom units, 67 two-bedroom units, and 65 three-bedroom units. Both Tower A and B share a building base from the third to the eleventh floor and the first three floors of Tower B will be used for retail spaces. Tower C, located on the east block, stands at 39-storeys with 535 residential units: 390 one-bedroom units, 83 two-bedroom units, and 62 three-bedroom units. Each tower will anchor up-scale podiums, containing three floors for retail spaces and the rest for condominium amenities in Toronto.
Urban Toronto has named the site’s neighborhood as a future growth area in their 2016 report for Growth To Watch For. The site is close to Ryerson University, George Brown College, and The Financial District, where there are around 200,000 people working in the district. With a 24hr streetcar at your very doorstep and only 7 minutes away from Queen subway station, making the everyday commute, errand shopping, and leisure travels seamless.
