Designed by TACT Architecture, St. Clair-Old Weston Condos will feature a condo community comprising of three residential high-rise towers standing 49, 43, and 39 storeys respectively. This three-tower condo community will feature towers with 43, 49, and 39 storeys. The north towers, proposed at 43 and 49 storeys, will share a mixed-use podium of 6 storeys in height. The north towers will house a total of 998 residential suites between them along with 487 square meters of retail at grade. TACT Architecture also presented a design that concentrates these two towers closest to the upcoming St. Clair-Old Weston GO Station. Plans also call to add base elements to entice a pedestrian-friendly public realm at ground level
The South Tower will rise 39 storeys high and will also rise from a 6-storey podium. The south tower will house a total of 366 residential units along with 6,000 square meters of office spaces.
All in all, the project will have a total of 1,364 residential units upon completion. The units will then have a mix of residential suite types including studio units, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom, with the majority of units allocated to one-bedrooms. The suites will have the following number of unit layouts:
10 Studio Units
940 One-bedroom Units
281 Two-bedroom Units
133 Three-bedroom Units
Plans for the condo project in Junction also include plenty of amenity spaces both indoor and outdoor. A total of 5,458 Square meters of amenity space is proposed including 3,257 square meters allotted for indoor amenities and 2,199 square meters for outdoor amenities. The indoor amenities will be situated on the condo’s ground floor, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th floor. Outdoor amenities including expansive terraces and outdoor dining areas will be situated on the ground level, 5th, and 7th floors.
The project will be built in 4 phases, wherein the brand new transit station will be built on the first phase of the development.
