description

Coming soon to Toronto is a new two-building condominium project by The Conservatory Group. The 100 Edward Street condominium will consist of two buildings, a 19-storey condominium that will have 204 units, and a 22-storey condominium that will house 323 units. These units will range from one-bedroom units to two-bedroom units. The 100 Edward Street condominium is still in preconstruction and will be located at 100 Edward St, Toronto, ON.

Features/Amenities

The residential units in 100 Edward Street will be a mixture of 416 one-bedroom units and 111 two-bedroom units. The two buildings will be linked by a bridge located on both second floors of the condominiums in Toronto, where the shared amenities of 100 Edward Street will be located.

This development will also feature a four-level underground parking garage that will fit 369 vehicles. 100 Edward Street is designed by E.I. Architects and they propose that the development will show a glass, cubic-inspired exterior that will complement and mirror the urban surroundings.

Not much has been released about the features and detailed amenities of 100 Edward Street, however, with The Conservatory Group being its developer, many can expect that the suites will be typically designed with full-length panoramic windows, engineered hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.

Accessibility/Highlights

Just across from the 100 Edward Street condominium is the Toronto Coach Terminal, where residents can easily catch bus rides and commute around Toronto. Also, just a few steps away are streetcars that offer quick access to nearby destinations. 100 Edward Street is only a 4-minute walk from two subway stations: Dundas Station and St. Patrick School.

The condominium is only a few steps from the Atrium shopping mall and a 3-minute walk to CF Toronto Eaton Centre, where residents can conveniently shop, run errands, and dine in restaurants. The 100 Edward Street condominium is the perfect place for off-campus college students and faculty because just a 7-minute walk from the site is Ryerson University, a 10-minute walk is OCAD University, and a 9-minute streetcar ride is the University of Toronto, and other universities and colleges are just a short ride from the site.

Furthermore, just a few steps from the site is the Toronto General Hospital Emergency Room. Families living in 100 Edward Street can also access schools like Lansdowne Jr & Sr Public School, King Edward Jr & Sr Public School, and Elementary School Gabrielle-Roy.

Neighbourhood/Location

The neighbourhood of Downtown Toronto offers excellent market value and return for investment, as the 100 Edward Street condominium falls both in the Yonge Street Community Improvement Plan Area and Downtown Yonge Street Business Improvement Area. Many can expect that this neighbourhood will continue to evolve and be a liveable area in Toronto’s vibrant downtown core. Downtown Toronto offers a buzzing environment that is filled with skyscrapers, nightlife, restaurants, and an eccentric mix of neighbourhoods. No matter what season it is in Toronto, there will always be something for you.
