A 27-story skyscraper featuring a mix of residential, office, and retail space, a 24-story residential building, and two eight-story residential buildings will be located on the north block, which will face Lawrence Avenue East.
A 21-story residential tower will rise just south of it. One thousand seven hundred seventy-nine autos and 1,527 bicycles will be able to park in a shared underground parking facility. Glass and rooftop gardens are shown in Quadrangle’s architectural designs, with a lush walkway between the blocks.
