There are 178 apartments in the 11-story building at 2151 Kingston Road Condos in Scarborough. The lower floors of this structure will have black paneling, while the higher levels will feature charcoal grey and white paneling.
This Scarborough condo building will also include Floor-to-ceiling windows and glazed glass balconies in the construction. The flats on the bottom level will have a private yard or patio, while the rest will have balconies or terraces. From their balcony, residents will be able to gaze out over the serene beaches of Lake Ontario, which are only a short distance away.
Indoor and outdoor amenity areas totaling over 3,800 square feet will be placed on the ground level and the second and third floors, with a spacious patio on the first floor and a rooftop terrace overlooking the city.
Residents and guests will have access to 125 automobile parking spots and 122 bicycle parking spaces. With many TTC bus stations within a short walk of the building, residents won’t need their vehicles to get about.
