Introducing BIJOU

Bijou on Bloor is a new preconstruction project located on 2452 Bloor Street West.
Well-known company, Plaza, is developing this amazing tower near Etobicoke, and they are
responsible for a number of the city’s amazing establishments, such as the 1
Yorkville on 1 Yorkville Avenue, 50 at Wellesley Station Condos on 50 Wellesley
Street East, Ivory on 406 Adelaide Street East, West Harbour City Phase 2 at 21
Grand Magazine Street, The Tower at King West at 125 Western Battery Road, and
Emerald Park on Yonge Street & Poyntz Avenue. Quadrangle Architects Ltd. having
taken the task of creating the designs for this building, as they have for many of Toronto’s buildings, such as the High Park Condos on 1990 Bloor Street West, the
Signature Condominium Collection on Birchmount Road & Enterprise Boulevard,
The Met on Regional Road 7 & Jane Street, the Hearthstone by the Bay Retirement
Community on 3 Marine Parade Drive, and the Cube Lofts on Shaw Street. In
essence, this Condominium is primed to be an aesthetic marvel when taking into
account the two powerhouses at work in its’ construction.

The Neighbourhood

One of the major selling points of this amazing tower is its’ prime location. The Bloor
